Description ARSX Trinity 4-Bay Plastics Hopper Prototype Description: TrinityRail offers the 6,221 cubic foot pneumatic discharge covered hopper car optimized to transport petrochemical products. Plastic pellet railcars are designed to transport, load and unload plastic pellets under precise specifications to preserve the purity of the load. These cars have end panels with large cutouts and the end panel generally follows the angle of the slope sheet and then curves to the side sill just above the bolster. The cars have a tall side sill with an integrated jack pad. There are 14 running board supports and 11 side panels. Phase 1 cars have solid side sills while phase 2 cars have a pulling cutout above the jack location.
