Directions for making coffee For each cup desired, measure one demitasse cup of cold water into a briki or narrow-necked coffee pot. Add one teaspoon each of coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat as coffee begins to rise, then pour into demitasse cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup. NOTE: Coffee should not be stirred once it has been poured.
